Marketing Communications Assistant

Globus Education Systems is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Marketing Communications Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing and Communication Director, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and assisting with various communication projects.

Who You Are:

  • You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in marketing and communications.
  • You possess excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • You are social media savvy and comfortable managing various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

  • You have a passion for international education and the study abroad experience (a plus).


  • Assist with the development and creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support content creation efforts.
  • Manage and maintain Globus Education Systems’ social media presence across various platforms.
  • Develop and schedule engaging social media content (posts, stories, visuals) to promote our study abroad programs and connect with potential students.
  • Monitor social media conversations and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support with managing media relations and press inquiries.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and outreach initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project files.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications assistant role (or relevant internship experience).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Mastery of French and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
