Documents to be Provided by the Applicant
Minimum GCE Advanced Level Certificate or BAC: Applicants must possess a minimum GCE Advanced Level certificate or BAC. If you do not meet this requirement, please refrain from contacting us.
Language Proficiency : Anglophone applicants are required to demonstrate language proficiency through tests such as Duolingo, TOEFL, or IELTS. While immediate proficiency is not mandatory for admission offers, it must be provided before final acceptance.
English Language Study for Francophone Students : Francophone students will be required to study English as a second language as a prerequisite once they arrive in Canada.
Passport Data Page : Please provide a copy of the passport data page. If it is not available, we recommend initiating the passport application process immediately.
Passport Size Photo : Please provide a passport size photo taken on a white background. If needed, we can assist in taking the photo on the spot free of charge.
Birth Certificate: Please provide a copy of your birth certificate.

Service Process
Service Fee : Before the admission and visa processing can begin, a service fee of 550,000 CFA francs is required.
Document Submission : Please submit the required documents mentioned above in PDF format if already available in digital form. Alternatively, you can bring the original documents for scanning.
Conditional Offer and Tuition Deposit : Within 24 hours, you will receive a conditional offer. To secure your admission, a tuition deposit of 4,481.18 CAD (2,000,000 CFA francs) needs to be paid directly to the school. This deposit represents a percentage of the total tuition fees, which can range from 6,000,000 to 9,000,000 CFA francs depending on the chosen program.All tuition fees paid to the school are refundable if visa is not granted.The remaining tuition fees can be paid monthly or in installments. Students may also explore study loans and financial aid options to support their tuition expenses.
Acceptance Letter (Visa Letter): Once the tuition deposit is paid, you will receive your Acceptance letter, which serves as the visa letter.
Visa Application : With the Acceptance offer in hand, we will initiate the visa application process. Students will be required to pay the visa fee and medical fees (approximately 200 CAD or 120,000 CFA francs). Additional documentation will be needed for the visa application, and it must be provided by the students.

Visa waiting time: 2–3 months

We are NOT facilitating direct work visas. All our services are study-oriented only, but students can work while studying to support themselves. There is a mandatory two-day paid internship attached to the study program each week.
GES is NOT a visa-granting institution; we do not guarantee 100% success for visa as this is the sole discretion of the consular officer. Admission is 100% guaranteed.
