- Offer and Interview : You will receive an offer within 48 hours and be scheduled for an interview with the employer within a one to two-month period.

- Visa Rejection: If your visa application is rejected, there will be no refund, and you are not required to pay the last instalment of the fee.
- Withdrawal after 2 Months: If you choose to withdraw from the job placement service two months after your documents have been processed, you will receive a 50% refund of your initial deposit.
- Withdrawal within the First Two Months: If you decide to withdraw within the first two months of your process being initiated, you will receive an 80% refund of your initial deposit.
- Change of Mind after Work Permit Issuance: If you change your mind after your work permit has been issued but the visa process has not been initiated, you will receive a 20% refund of your initial deposit.
- All requests for refund will be processed within 30 days
