Withdrawal after 2 Months: If you choose to withdraw from the job placement service two months after your documents have been processed, you will receive a 50% refund of your initial deposit.
Withdrawal within the First Two Months: If you decide to withdraw within the first two months of your process being initiated, you will receive an 80% refund of your initial deposit.
Change of Mind after Work Permit Issuance: If you change your mind after your work permit has been issued but the visa process has not been initiated, you will receive a 20% refund of your initial deposit.
All requests for refund will be processed within 30 days.

Visa Rejection (Due to Bank Statement): If your visa application is rejected due to issues with your bank statement, no refund will be issued.
Refund Responsibility: Depending on who paid the school fees, the same party will be responsible for following up with the school to initiate the refund process.
Visa Rejection at Quota Level: If your visa is rejected when it has arrived at the quota level, the second installment will not be paid to us, and no refund will be issued for that installment.
Nonrefundable Service Fee: Please note that the service fee charged by GES is nonrefundable.
