Macellous T. MBAMEG


Macellous Mbameg is a Cameroonian International Business Development expert and founder of Globus Education Systems Until December 2019, Mbameg was the Sales Director Africa and Middle East for the US based firm Nello Corporation where he served from 2012 to 2019.

During this period, he traveled within 38 African countries where he understood the need for further education in the continent. He had earlier worked with the Hong Kong based telecom giant, Wholeswitch Telecom. At Wholeswitch Telecom, Mbameg was the pioneer Africa Director, who led the marketing and development strategies implementation for new markets.

In 2008, he left that company for the USA to pursue his post graduate studies. In 2009, he obtained a post graduate certificate in international Marketing Management from the European School of Economics in New York. Mbameg started his marketing and sales career as a management trainee with Malone Globus Ltd in 1998, but quickly rose to the position of Managing Director in same year.

From 2002 to 2007 he was a marketing consultant at the Chinese Commercial Service in the Yaoundé embassy in Cameroon.

He helped shape bilateral trade corporations between China and Cameroon. He joined the New York based investment bank, Nova Capital Partners as an independent business development principal, and served within the period September 2009 to September 2011.

David, Akombi Takor, a graduate from the Catholic University Institute of Buea is a versatile and results-driven marketing professional with a solid educational foundation and extensive experience in digital marketing. As the Marketing Communications Director at Globus Education Systems, David is at the helm of our marketing strategies.

Prior to joining Globus education Systems, David had worked with a multinational HR firm Alternative Solutions which represented a host of companies in Gabon, Congo-Brazzaville and DRC, and Chad, where he served as digital marketing manager.

David later left to lead the Cameroon Branch of the multinational media agency Mediareach OMD, where he served as Head of Digital overseeing digital media planning and buying strategies, ensuring clients received optimal online exposure and results.

Thereafter, David joined The Bridge International School as marketing manager successfully directing marketing efforts, boosting the school’s visibility, enrolment, and engagement with prospective students and parents.

As the Marketing Communications Director, David Akombi Takor leads our marketing and communications strategies. His responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote Globus Education Systems’ programs and services.
  • Overseeing digital marketing campaigns, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Managing a talented team to ensure successful marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Building and nurturing partnerships to expand the reach of our educational offerings.
  • Analysing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

David’s extensive experience in digital marketing, coupled with his engineering background, makes him a dynamic leader in crafting and implementing innovative marketing strategies for Globus Education Systems.

A graduate of the University of Buea, Eric is an experienced and dedicated professional with a commitment to advancing education and creating opportunities. As the Head of Scholarship at Globus Education Systems, he leverages his wealth of experience to empower students on their educational journeys.

Prior to joining Globus Education Systems, Eric as Country Program Officer at Patcha Foundation (USA), played a vital part in his contributions to healthcare and education projects.

As Protocol Officer at Global Project Development Foundation USA, Eric ensured the smooth execution of international projects and collaborations.

Eric also consulted with Energime USA, where he provided invaluable services in energy and sustainability projects. And with the Douala V Urban Council contributing to business efforts.

In his current role at Globus Education Systems, Eric leads efforts to provide scholarship opportunities that transform students’ lives.

His responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, developing, and managing scholarship programs to support students’ educational aspirations
  • Collaborating with institutions, organizations, and foundations to expand scholarship opportunities
  • Ensuring transparency and fairness in the scholarship application and selection process.
  • Advising students on scholarship opportunities and guiding them through the application process.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance and diversify scholarship offerings.

Tamangwa Joseph, a graduate from the University of Buea Cameroon, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in management and organizational leadership. As the International Recruitment Manager at Globus Education Systems, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

With an impressive track record spanning 20 years, Joseph has excelled in various managerial and leadership roles.

Joseph has held key management positions in both the public and private sectors, where he honed his skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and project management.

He has also been instrumental in optimizing organizational structures and processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring that teams work cohesively towards common goals.

As the International Recruitment Manager, Joseph plays a crucial role in expanding our global network of students and partners. His responsibilities include:

  • International Outreach: He leads initiatives to attract students from around the world who seek educational opportunities with Globus Education Systems.
  • Partnership Development: He collaborates with international institutions to establish partnerships that facilitate student exchanges, joint programs, and academic collaborations.
  • Recruitment Strategy: He is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with our institution’s goals and values.
  • Team Leadership: He leads a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment targets.

PhD, Law

Agnes Herdrick Fru Anwi, PhD a graduate of the University of Douala is an accomplished professional in the field of law and education with over 9 years of experience. As the Head of Partnership at Globus Education Systems, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.
Additionally, Agnes has served as a Lecturer of Law at LEAD Higher Institute, where she imparted her expertise and inspired students in the field of law.
As our Head of Partnership, Agnes Herdrick fru Anwi plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic alliances with universities, colleges, and educational institutions worldwide. Her responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing partnerships that align with Globus Education Systems’ mission and values.
  • Negotiating agreements and collaborations to expand educational opportunities for our students.
  • Ensuring the quality and relevance of academic programs offered through our partnerships.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the implementation of partnership initiatives to benefit our students and clients.

Ntani Leslie Rinda a graduate from the Higher Institute of Commerce and Management University of Bamenda is a dedicated professional with a background in management and a passion for education. As the Acting Head of Admissions at Globus Education Systems, he brings his expertise in both fields to our team.

Prior to joining Globus Education Systems, Ntani served as the headteacher at Metropolitan II Nursery and Primary School. In this role, he demonstrated strong leadership skills, overseeing the educational development and well-being of young students.

As the Acting Head of Admissions, Ntani Leslie Rinda plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and supportive admissions process for prospective students. His responsibilities include:

  • Guiding students through the admissions process, providing information, and answering inquiries
  • Collaborating with academic departments to evaluate and assess applicant qualifications
  • Managing application reviews and admissions decisions in alignment with the institution’s standards
